SpringHill Suites by Marriott Corpus Christi

Indoor pool is heated. Exercise room is small with free weights, two elliptical machines and two treadmills. The two treadmills has tears on the treads. The remote for TV in the room doesn't work. Made the front desk aware of that. Breakfast is good for a three star hotel. The staff who makes the daily breakfast works very hard to accommodate the guests. Waitstaff is friendly.

This was a positive experience. I’m Gen X and in my life I haven’t been treated so well at a hotel. Service was bar none. Liked the room. Liked the breakfast. Liked the amenities. Bed was way too hard (only complaint). Two thumbs up to the staff here. Could not be more impressed with check in, breakfast, and housekeeping staff. Breakfast was good for all five in my family. We ate well. Kids loved the Texas-shaped waffles. The oatmeal bar was superb too. Hot food every day as well. 15 minutes from everything. Easy access. Again: superb staff.

Great location and perfect room size for families. Check-in was smooth, and I loved the breakfast area staff—she was fun and kind, especially when a little one accidentally spilled their cereal.

Very friendly staff and clean. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is the pillows are tiny and when we asked if we could have 2 extra they said they dont have any also didnt want to give us 2 extra towels. Bed was a little hard for my taste but the room was clean. No control over ac and was a little chilly. Breakfast was sub par not alot of options but at least you can get something. Close to activities!

Was not 5 star for its up keep . The outside was un kept trash can was always over full. The place smells all the time . Breakfast fast good . The entrance was welcome mat is always dirty looks like it is only changed once a month. Overall good experience but can do better.

We were very astonished by friendly people at this hotel. From the beginning ms. Shirley then michael At the front desk , buffet attendant, housekeepers, were superb. They always had smiles on their face and were happy to accommodate. The breakfast was sufficient , the coffee . Was excellent at the buffet( I m a tea drinker) . Room was extremely nice but I wish the A/C was central nit in a corner bcs one side would be cold the other side less.plenty of parking,

The room was nice! The “sofa bed” was a twin underneath the sofa not really a full pull out couch. My kids had to share 1 blanket but were on different levels (at the top sofa part and then on the floor twin mattress because of the way it was set up) I asked the front desk if they had another blanket but they said they were out. The guy was nice and gave me 2 flat sheets but I thought that was kinda annoying. The breakfast was okay scrambled eggs and sausage waffles and pastries not the worse sufficient for breakfast but not spectacular. We paid for it with our points so I didn’t feel bad about it without the points I think the price would have been like $300 which may have upset me a little more. We didn’t have time for the pool.

I liked the convenience of this location. Close to shopping and restaurants. The area felt safe. The room was clean. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast offering was decent. I will stay here again
